Human Resources

Human Resources provide a range of services including internal employment relations consultancy and advice, industrial relations management, recruitment service and advice and administration of the ASPIRE™ performance management system.

Specific responsibilities are:

The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing advice and support on a range of human resource practises, policies, employment legislation and employment agreements, along with advice and support on disciplinary processes and general performance management (ASPIRE). The Recruitment Advisor is responsible for the co-ordination of TDH's recruitment processes and systems including support, advisory and administrative functions. Payroll

The payroll department is responsible for time sheets data entry and processing, maintenance of the HRIS PS Enterprise information system, general payroll administration and generation of pay advice slips. 

 Specific responsibilities are:

The Payroll Manager is responsible for managing and development of the Payroll and HRIS system, and management of the payroll department, quality assurance and compliance. If you have any queries of this nature, then your first point of contact is on ext 8212.

The Payroll Administrators ensure payroll functions are processed accurately and within the specific time frames. If you have a payroll query you can contact the pay office on ext 8416 or email Payroll on the Group e-mail contact list in Outlook.
