Management
The Board has all the powers necessary for the governance of TDH and has a delegation policy, approved by the Minister of Health, to delegate decisions on management matters to the Chief Executive.
The Board has appointed a Chief Executive to manage the organisation within a defined job description, to an agreed performance agreement and with regular reporting to the Board.
The Chief Executive is supported by a team of Clinical Care Managers, Group Managers, Clinical Directors and Professional Advisors who make up the Leadership Team.
